Returns and Warranties
Nova Forge deliver excellent customer satisfaction and work closely with you to understand your requirements and needs however it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that goods are ultimately suitable for their needs. Where customers do not consider goods are suitable for their needs then any return will be subject to Nova Forge’s discretion and where granted must be returned in the same condition as despatched and will be subject to freight charges.
Where faulty or defective products are identified then written notification is required within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns of faulty or defective items are subsequently to be made within 3 days from receiving a return authorisation number. All goods returned to us shall be properly packaged and include all components, booklets etc. Returned goods may be subject to refund or replacement with an identical item.
Nova Forge offer a 5 year warranty on custom made products only against workmanship and materials in he course of normal wear and tear for the intended use of the product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or negligence nor by any damage caused by natural disasters, severe weather events or theft. While our products are extremely well made we also cannot provide warranty against damage caused by over zealous baggage handlers at airports, forklifts etc. Under this warranty Nova Forge reserve the right to fix any fault before offering a replacement. In addition full details of the fault along with photographic evidence is required before any warranty is authorised and all freight costs are liable to the purchaser.
